6. Regional regulatory disclosures

Capera operates globally but is regulated by no single jurisdiction. The disclosures below summarise our position with respect to the principal regulators in each market we serve or reference. Tap a region for the full statement.

Capera is not a regulated financial institution in India. Rates and rate-card data on this site are reference values published for benchmarking and education, not solicitations to transact. For statutory filings under FEMA, LRS, and TCS under Section 206C(1G) of the Income-tax Act, the Reserve Bank of India reference rate is authoritative. Securities-market commentary follows SEBI's disclosure norms; nothing on this site constitutes investment advice or research as defined under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.

Capera does not solicit, offer, or sell securities or banking products to United States persons. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice or a recommendation under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Bank-rate references in respect of US dollar funding are illustrative; for FDIC-insured deposit guidance, consult the relevant institution. Macro and policy references (Federal Reserve, OCC) are educational summaries, not regulator-issued material.

Capera is not licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE, the Dubai Financial Services Authority, or the Securities & Commodities Authority. Forex and bank-rate data shown for AED corridors is for benchmarking only and does not constitute a quote, offer, or invitation to deal. Any onward transaction must be executed through a UAE-licensed entity.

Capera is not licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) or the Capital Market Authority (CMA). References to SAR-denominated rates or Saudi-bank pricing are illustrative and do not constitute a regulated quote, advice, or marketing of a financial product within the meaning of the Capital Market Law or its implementing regulations.

Capera is not regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Singapore-dollar rate references and SORA-related figures are educational. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or invitation to deal in any capital-markets product within the meaning of the Securities and Futures Act 2001.

Capera is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority or regulated by the Prudential Regulation Authority. Sterling-denominated rate references and UK-bank pricing summaries are illustrative; no service on this site is directed at UK retail clients within the meaning of the FCA Handbook.

Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction before transacting.
